PositiveFusion.Info is our supplementary support site located off-network on a different webserver.
In the event of server or network issues you’ll be able to get up to the minute status information, enter support tickets, and send emergency pages if necessary.
The helpdesk system is similar to that on the main server, you’ll just need to create a new login. You may also send emergency messages (very short plain text email only) to emergency [at] positivefusion [dot] info. Messages to that address will be forwarded to our pagers, logged into the helpdesk, and emailed to the administrator.
