Running Fine
We’re now into seven days of unbroken uptime, a definite indicator that we’re finally out of the woods in regards to the server difficulties over the past month. All services are functioning normally and at peak performance.

We have hit a milestone of uptime since the server move; while very small this is a very positive sign that the system difficulties have finally passed. As reward for all of our clients that have stayed with us through this period of trouble every account type has been updated with additional features at no additional cost. The list of changes per account type is listed below and will be reflected on the main site within the week:
Minimalist accounts: 40MB of storage & 3.5GB of transfer
Realist accounts: 3 mysql databases, 5GB of transfer, & 75MB of storage
Impressionist accounts: 250MB of storage & 10GB of transfer
Surrealist accounts: 6 mysql databases & 15GB of transfer
Expressionist accounts: 8 mysql databases, 20GB of transfer, 2 addon domains
The Cubist account type is also soon to be available, it is based upon the Expressionist but includes 5 addon domains, 10 mysql databases, & 600MB of storage and is available for $34.95 monthly.
The power supply replacement did not solve the stability problem as expected. The data centre agreed to place our drives into a new server, but only just now did we find out they intended to do it tonight versus scheduling it for a more suitable time period. I had instructed them to only take the server offline late at night to prevent disruption of services.
Brief period of downtime only, approximately 5-10 minutes.
Just received notice server was unavailable, processing remote reboot.
