A message from our data centre:

“We will be performing emergency network maintenance on Sunday, December 21 between 9:00 PM and midnight Mountain Standard Time (0400 - 700 GMT, December 22).

You may observe some very brief periods of network downtime where BGP recovergence is taking place during this window.

We strive to notify customers as far in advance as possible when maintenance must be performed. However, due to criticality of network performance, emergency maintenance has become necessary. We appreciate your understanding and apologize for the inconvenience.”

Total scheduled outage time lasted approximately 75 minutes beginning at 1AM Eastern.

There will be a scheduled network outage on 12 December 2003 The operational window of this outage is between 10PM MST and 4AM MST (that’s 1AM to 7AM Eastern. The current length of the outage itself is currently to be determined and may occur during anytime of the six hour window listed above.

This outage is scheduled to allow our data centre time to relocate equipment and perform upgrades to the network and facilities. All services will be unavailable during the outage. Current status information will be available on http://positivefusion.info should there be any complications.
