Email & CPanel Issues Resolved
Thanks to the lightning quick response of the datacentre’s tech staff we were able to have the server rebooted, back online and functioning normally in a very timely manner.
Load averages spiked severely due to what appears to be a script misconfiguration, this caused the failure of previously mentioned services such as Email and Cpanel. Email was still being received and delivered, but during this period email could not be downloaded to email clients or viewed through webmail.
We’ve implemented measures to maintain reasonable load averages and are working with the website owner to resolve this issue.
