Brief Outage
Approximately one hour ago there was a brief service outage ( less than ten minutes) due to an unauthorized attempt to copy and transfer an entire website through cPanel’s backend transfer mechanism. We prohibit access to cPanel’s backend transfer mechanism, however this attempt was made regardless, and during peak service times, and thus the server went into failure mode due to the extra-high load upon it.
This failure was related to the previous failures last week and should not occur again.
