We have resolved the issue with server connectivity. At this point in time we are unsure as to why this problem occured and will continue to investigate.

We are currently investigating heavy packet loss resulting in loss of connectivity.

We are working with the data center to determine why this is happening and to determine what we can do to restore full service.

We were able to bring the server back online succesfully. Upon rebooting the server had to check hard disk drive integrity, thus delaying the online status significantly. Under normal circumstances where the disk integrity does not need to be checked the reboot time back to online status would have been barely noticed. We appologize if this period of downtime has impacted you.

We are currently investigating why the server has gone offline. As of yet we have not been able to determine a cause and have not been successful in returning it to online status. Please standby.
