The following data transfer increases are effective immediately at no additional charge:

Minimalist: Now 10GB from 7GB
Realist: Now 20GB from 10GB
Dadaist: Now 30GB from 16GB
Impressionist: Now 40GB from 20GB
Surrealist: Now 50GB from 30GB
Expressionist: Now 60GB from 40GB.

There have been many cases lately where a customer’s domain has expired and they’ve contacted Positive Fusion support in a state of dire concern as to why email or control panel services are no longer functioning. Please be sure to check the renewal dates on any domains you currently have registered and be sure to renew them within the appropriate time frame. Failure to renew the domain name through your domain registrar of choice will cause the domain to cease functioning. In some cases, if the domain is not renewed promptly it may be purchased by someone else and the domain will thus be lost.

Again, please check the dates on your domain names for renewal. Nearly, if not all, domain registrars provide email warnings and reminders, so be sure that your contact information with the registrar is up-to-date so that you may receive these reminders.

We are currently investigating periodic server load spikes. These spikes have been brief, but intense, and may be causing significant slow-down in services.

Effective immediately we have doubled all bandwidth (data transfer) and disk storage quotas for all accounts at no additional cost.

If you are currently using the very old DNS servers ns1.artlikehosting.com and ns2.artlikehosting.com please change those to ns1.positivefusion.com and ns2.positivefusion.com at your earliest convenience. Effective 13 February 2006 we will discontinue DNS service on that domain name. If you are using the old DNS servers after that date your domain will cease to function, please check and update if necessary.
