As always we will continue to watch the server and investigate reasons for this service disruption, but as of now we are fully operational again.
As mentioned in the previous update, we are now rebooting the server. It did take some time longer than expected to gain enough control to begin the process cleanly.
It does not appear as though the server is able to recover from this flood. We are now attempting to process a hard reboot, there may be downtime of up to approximately five to ten minutes as a result of this action.
Once again the server is being flooded with requests, hundreds upon hundreds more than normal. We are working nearly every minute of the day to determine why this is happening and how to stop it.
