We’re still waiting on the data center to help diagnose why the server has not reactivated after an ordinary reboot. Thank you for your patience.

We’re checking with the data center, but it appears the server may be performing an automated disk check and this is causing a delay in service restoration after the reboot.
We will be processing a server reboot, this will result in approximately five to ten minutes of downtime.
