Email Account Resolution

Monday, 31st August, 2009 - 15:24

We have determined that the email troubles some customers are experiencing are the result of quota issues. We can fix the problem, so if your CPanel shows you have no email accounts setup please let us know. This is a result of running out of disk quota during the restoration. We will be going through and making sure all account quotas are where they should be, as quite a few appear to have been set significantly lower than they should be.

Thank you for your patience.

Also, our helpdesk application is not presently fully functioning. We are receiving the support tickets, but cannot respond via the helpdesk. We will correspond through email instead until we can find a fix.

Please Check Websites

Monday, 31st August, 2009 - 04:16

Please check over your website to verify that it is fully functional. All supplementary software packages should now be installed. If some aspect of your website is not performing as expected please forward the details to support either by filing a ticket or email.

Various tweaks and adjustments will continue over the course of the next few days, but at this point everything should be performing within acceptable limits. Again, please let us know if you discover something out of specification.

The procedures completed overnight are similar to those that would occur during a server migration; however, within a much smaller window of time.
