We have been successfully removed from the MAPS RBL. Email may now to sent to customers of the RBL without rejection.

Please allow this to serve as a reminder to all how important it is to maintain your website scripting. Security flaws in unpatched software installations can allow the unauthorized upload of a malicious scripts used to send spam.

We have finally been provided with documentation of the problem that resulted in the primary server IP becoming blacklisted. The problem has been corrected and we are now awaiting further word on when removal from the RBL may be processed.

We have just been informed that we’re included on a MAPS email blacklist. We have requested removal, as this listing is erroneous; however, we’re being lumped in with a large grouping of IP addresses. Apparently we’re supposed to be responsible for hundreds of other servers that have no relationship to our own other than being in the same data center.

Email to Comcast will bounce until this situation has been resolved.
